SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including technicians, operators, and other personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day activities of the site team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address issues and risks affecting site performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and risks, implementing corrective actions to mitigate them
• Facilitate regular meetings and briefings with the site team to review progress, address issues, and provide updates on project status

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mechanical diploma,N6
• Mechanical Fitting trade with NCT4 or equivalent
• Grade 12
• Supervisory training , trade test ( boilermaking, welding and fitting)
• Minimum of 3 years experience on power plant and its Auxilliaries
• safety training will be advantageous
• Minimum of 3  years power station supervisory experiences with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and supervision skill
