QUALITY CONTROLLER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure effectiveness
• Develop and maintain the Quality Data Book (QDB) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) to document quality control procedures, standards, and requirements.
• Communicate inspection findings, quality issues, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up as needed.
• Perform inspections and evaluations of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have quality management certificate with a technical Diploma or a trade certificate
• Level 2 SAIW
• Experience in an ISO 9001
• proof of strong quality background
• At least 3 years related experience with a diploma or 5 years related experience with a trade test certificate required (Advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Candidate must have a strong attention to detail
